The small size is a standard fit for a 30-32, however the elastic waist and drawcord allows it to comfortably fit down to a 28.
What to do if your standard size fits into two size catagories:
If you like to think of yourself a solid guy with big quads and glutes then size up for comfort.
If you’re the skinny type then go the smaller size of the two.
Example: If you’re a size 32 and are built like a whippet wear a Small of if you’ve been going hard on leg day then Medium is your fit.
